happy turkey day!

we had such a wonderful feast! nick ( a gourmet chef ) was sweet enough to cook us up some gobble gobble and make some gravy. we had sweet potatoes, fruit salad, honey baked ham, pumpkin pie, apple pie, ice cream and i made some peanut butter cookies with butterscotch morsels! we all feel like we gained at least 5 pounds. ( should have done a weigh in! haha )

it sure has been chilly the last few days! callie and i went outside to play today ( and take some photos- of coarse! )
while carly was sleeping! i had to get her bundled up because it was only like 45 degrees!!

eleven years

i am so excited to say Happy Anniversary to us ! jason and i have been married for 11 years . friday night we went out to cattle company and ate and ate and ate tehn we had dessert!
i had baked potatoe soup and salmon and rice and veggies and jason had prime rib, rice, veggies, lobster and prawns and then we had a giant brownie with hot fudge sauce and ice cream!!!!!!
what a treat.

after thanksgiving we are back to eating healthy but sometimes it is fun to eat what looks so yummy!

it happened........

okay callie has been trying to open the doors for a little while now, but today it happened.
i was getting ready for the day and callie was in her room playing. then i hear her opening the door and running down the hall and she comes into my room!!! i couldn't believe it.

six hours

wow! i am so excited ~ Carly slept six hours 2 nights now. she is 4 weeks old and growing so big. her normal sleep time is around 3 hours so that has been a real treat!
